For the dark shades, do a few passes to build visibility, but I still had to go over Marie Claire Smokey Delights with Let’s Do It from the Colourpop Blowin’ Smoke eyeshadow palette. My eyeshadow primer is Urban Decay Sin, so it works with most shadows.
